Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a website take?
Most Foundation websites are live within 3-4 weeks of kickoff. Week 1 is discovery and asset collection, Week 2 is the first draft, Week 3 is revisions and SEO setup, and Week 4 is launch. Growth and Full Partner timelines are similar for the website, with content and social media ramping up immediately after launch.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once all payments in your minimum term are complete, you own the website and all its content outright. If you ever decide to leave, we will hand over everything — code, content, images, domain access. No hostage situations.
What counts as a minor update?
A minor update is any change that takes 30 minutes or less. Examples include updating a phone number, swapping out a photo, changing business hours, adding a seasonal message, or fixing a typo. Anything beyond 30 minutes or involving new pages, features, or major design changes is billed as additional work at $85/hour with your written approval first.
What happens after 6 months?
After your 6-month minimum term, your plan continues month-to-month at the same rate. You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice — no penalties, no hassle. Most clients stay because the results speak for themselves.
Do I need to provide photos?
It helps, but it is not required. If you have 5-10 photos of your work, team, or business, send them over — phone camera quality is perfectly fine. If you do not have any, we will source appropriate imagery to get started. Full Partner clients get quarterly professional photography and drone shoots, so that solves itself over time.
How do social posts get approved?
We draft your posts and send them to you for review with a 24-hour approval window. You can request changes, approve, or let them auto-publish if you do not respond within 24 hours. Most clients review the first few batches closely and then trust the process going forward. You always have final say.

What is NOT included?
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), e-commerce/online store functionality, custom web applications, video production (beyond what is captured during quarterly shoots), and print design are not included in any plan. We can refer you to trusted partners for these services, or quote additional work separately at $85/hour.
